At Blake & Lane, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Please review our full policy before initiating a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at info@blakeandlane.com within 30 days of delivery.

Our team will provide return instructions and the return address. Please pack your item securely before shipping it back.

Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped within 7 business days. Returns shipped after this period may not be accepted.

Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as they will not be processed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

US Customers – 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the United States, customers have 30 days from receipt to cancel or return items without providing a reason.

Items must remain unused, unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
